How it works

The default cancellation policy is for students to receive a 50% refund if they cancel more than 24 hours before a class. You can change this default behaviour by changing the cancellation window from 1 hour - 48 hours before the class starts and by changing refund percentage when cancelling.

Note that this policy only applies to students have paid for a pay as you go class.

How to adjust the policy

Use the first slider to set the cancellation window left for a reduced cut-off period which will allow the student to cancel closer to when the class starts upto 1 hour before and right for a longer cut-off period which will force your students to notify you at least 48 hours or more of a cancellation.

The second slider controls the refund percentage. The higher the percentage the more money a student will be refunded if they cancellation before the cut-off set using the cancellation window

For example if you set the cancellation window to 48 hours and the refund percentage to 100% then if the student cancels 48 hours or more before the class they will receive a 100% refund. If they cancel within 48 hours of the the class they will not be refunded.
