How it works

Create custom payment plans with custom payment intervals e.g. weekly. monthly, quarterly or annual. This creates a predictiable income stream for you organisation and repeat visits from your students.

Plans

Creating a Plan is easy, simply give it a name (e.g. Monthly), then set the billing period, which can be done using days, weeks or months as a unit and then setting the number for the chosen unit.

You can then set the price for each Student Type. If you wish to offer the Plan to only a set of Student Types simply disable the others and it won't be visible to them.

Plan prices are not editable, if you wish to change the price, archive the old one and create a new one.

Note: Archiving a Plan will not stop an existing subscription. If you've changed your prices, you will need to ask your Student to cancel the subscription and create a new one with the new Plan (we will change that to be automatic in the future).

Free Trials

There is currently no way to create free trials or free periods e.g. buy 3 months and get 1 free though we will consider adding this option into future plans.
