Students

To add Students so that they can view and book your classes, simply invite them using by entering their email address. Once they have created their account, they can join your Organisation.

From the Students section you will see two lists: one for the current list of students and one for the invitations sent.

Managing your Students

If a Student is no longer coming to class you can archive their profile. If you've made a mistake don't worry, you can undo it by unarchiving them.

You can change the Student Type of your students by editing their profile. Subsequently, the Student will pay whatever the price is for their updated Student Type for classes, plans and class passes.

Note: If the student is currently subscribed to a plan, then the price upon renewal will not change. You will need to ask the Student to cancel and resubscribe (we are working on making that process automatic). Class passes already purchased are not affected.
